We strive to be a positive part of the community. WhenKidsPlay encourages staff and contractors to volunteer. Our company contributes to local charities and whenever possible becomes part of local events. We look forward to seeing you there!

In my 20 plus years of working with children of all abilities, I have learned to expect amazing things from my clients! As educators, parents, and medical professionals, we often forget the most powerful part of a child is their potential! WhenKidsPlay was developed to meet a need in the community of providing services and opportunities to children who need a little extra support to grow. We understand that this happens best when kids play!! We look forward to our partnership with you to make it all possible!

Leilani Brown and Shane Brown come together in a perfect marriage of ideas and know-how to bring their dream to life. Leilani is an occupational therapist by trade and for love of children. She received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center and has been practicing since 1997. In addition to working with clients in schools, homes, and the clinic, she has obtained a certification in Sensory Integration. Leilani has been a part of interdisciplinary teams for autism, early childhood, and assistive technology.  Shane, with a successful career in marketing and management, works hand in hand with Leilani to provide the unique perspective and services offered by WhenKidsPlay. This husband and wife ownership team is excited to have you join us !
